Pride of Performance is a civil award given by the Government of Pakistan to
Munni Begum for distinguished merit in the fields of Music. Once a year it is announced on Independence Day and given on Pakistan Day by the President of Pakistan.It is regarded as one of the highest honours in Pakistan.
